Cancellation Policy

At Ivy Arrow Skin, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and No-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s). Arriving late: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that our schedule remains on track for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
